Six very different students, one quirky high school principal, and one iconic diner made Saved by the Bell a hit '90s TV show, and more recently, a restaurant called Saved by the Max. It first opened in Chicago in 2016, and as of May 1, it’s now opened its doors in Los Angeles.

The menu is an ode to the characters and beloved high school, with dishes like Bayside Burger, Tori’s Fried Chicken, A.C. Sliders, Mac & Screech, and the Kelly Kapowski Montecristo. Exclusive LA dishes include Beat Valley Pancakes, Preppy Pastrami, Kevin the Robot’s Fish Tacos, and the A+ Avocado Caesar. Finish it off with a Lisa Turtle Milkshake or one of their cocktails like a Zachary Daiquiri or I’m So Excited.

The pop-up is expected to stay put until September 2019, so that gives you plenty of time to (hopefully) run into Zack Morris. You can make a reservation now for the restaurant at 7100 Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood. But be careful not to land in the principal’s office!
